Kogama Granny

Game Overview

Kogama Granny places you inside a hostile house with blind corners and locked routes. Granny can punish small errors immediately, and your job is to stay alive long enough to complete the run objective.

Runs are built around door and defense timing under pressure, key-hunting and lock progression, and stealth movement, hiding, and distraction, so progress depends on controlled decisions instead of panic movement.

How to Play

• Start by mapping nearby rooms and identifying at least one safe retreat loop.
• Collect keys and tools in sequence so each pickup unlocks the next objective cleanly.
• Manage noise carefully, hide when patrols close in, and use decoys to pull enemies away.
• Trigger doors, lights, masks, or tools at the latest safe moment to maximize their value.
• If a route feels unstable, reset positioning instead of forcing a risky push.
